When you bring your truck to us, we’ll do our best to get it back on the road. You agree to let our team handle the repairs, and we agree to be upfront about pricing, timelines, and what’s needed. No surprises, just solid service.
2. Payments & Estimates
We provide estimates before we start work, but sometimes things change. If we find additional issues, we’ll let you know before doing anything extra. Payment is due when the work is done—no exceptions. Late payments? They come with fees, because nobody likes chasing invoices.
3. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand by our work, but trucks are unpredictable. If something isn’t right, let us know—we’ll do our best to make it right. Warranty details depend on the type of repair, so ask if you need specifics.
4. Liability Limits
We take every precaution, but we’re not responsible for damages beyond the scope of our work. If your truck breaks down again due to something unrelated, that’s on the truck—not us.
5. Cancellations & Storage Fees
Changed your mind? No problem—just let us know before we start. If you leave your truck with us too long after repairs are done, storage fees may apply. We’re a repair shop, not a parking lot.
6. Legal Stuff
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If there’s a dispute, we’ll try to work it out, but Texas law will have the final say.
